Shipping, Return, Refund Policy and Product Disclaimer
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped with tracking provided. Delivery times may vary, so please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
We do not accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@11essentials.com for a replacement or store credit.
Unopened items may be eligible for return upon review. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
